Mindful Appreciation

smileIt is never the big things that show people that you care. It is always the smiles, touches, hugs and thank you’s that make the biggest impact.   Stay mindful of the small actions of love and appreciation, then each day will be filled with success.

About the author

i am a constant work in motion and progress.  Many have said that i should be this best-selling author or screenwriter because my mind is full of excellent thought.  While that may be true, i write for the sheer FREEDOM of it.  i am calmed as i write. It is cathartic. It refreshes my spirit.  i am transformed and made anew.  If ever writing became work, i would cease to ever pen again.  Not necessarily for fortune and fame...but if that came along with it also, i wouldn't mind a bit...i am an writer because i love it.

True appreciation is seldom a reflection of an absence of pain. Rather, it is a most sincere indicator of the presence of pleasure. Our commitment to the pleasure offsets our keen awareness of our hurt/pain. I wish for you the greatness you desire for yourself, as we continue to bathe in the warmth of your smile, seasoned in the knowing of your tears.

Let there be joy in the midst of our sorrow, then we shall have lived … fully!

      peace be the journey

i have learned to smile , if nothing else, even in the midst of the hurt. One of the greatest indicators of a life well lived is our ability to smile through tears and to laugh at ourselves. Keep smiling! :) Until then, have a wonderful…
